Wedgwood candle holder Brancaster design in blue glass – 21cm tall

This fabulous candle stick holder in Brancaster design and blue crystal glass was designed by undoubtedly one of the great designers of the 20th century.

The Kings Lynn Glassworks were founded in 1966 by Ronald Stennet-Wilson and bought by Wedgwood who continued to produce these designs in various colours and shapes. As this example doesn’t have the Wedgwood acid-etched mark on the base it was either made before the takeover or shortly after.
